    BBV-3

    The BBV-3 is a double bigbag filler. The bigbags are filled in a product-friendly and fast way by automatic height adjustment of the lifting platforms.

    The machine is easy to move and can be used for various big bag sizes and boxes.

    Capacity when supplied correctly; around 25 to 30 bigbags per hour.

    BBV-1

    The single bigbag filler type BBV-1 is equipped with an automatic fall breaker with fall chutes. The bigbags and/or crates can be filled by level and weight.

    BBV-2

    Double bigbag filler fitted with an automatic fall breaker with fall chutes. The bigbag filler is suitable for big bags as well as crates.

    Adjustable frame for different sizes and a chassis with forklift sleeves to move the BBV around.

    EURO big bag filler DBBF

    Automatic double bigbag filler with weighing device and crate detection for filling bigbags. Filling of bigbags is possible on one side or both sides, in alternating operation with sensor switching, and automatic switching on and off via weight or filling height.

  • Weighing machines

    The Agrar Systems weighing machine is a high-capacity electronic weigher with a wide weighing range of 5-50 kg. The belt speeds are frequency controlled. Depending on the required capacity, there is a choice of single and double weigher. Options:

    The Euro-Jabelmann weighing machine is a modernised and ergonomically adapted bagging weigher for packing potatoes and onions. The machine has a weighing range of 1-30 kg. Options:

  • Pre-sorting

    Loose pre-sorters are available in various working widths and are characterised by product-friendly handling. The loose pre-sorter can be placed directly behind the chute or elsewhere in the intake line.

    Pre-sorting can be done with sorting mats (Webs) or with rolls (PU or diabolo rolls).

  • Conveyors: Breston

    Breston elevating conveyors are ideally suited for conveying products for a fixed distance. The belt cannot slide out, but is electrically and hydraulically height-adjustable.

  • Box fillers: Breston

    With the Breston box fillers, high-capacity boxes can be filled evenly flat. The box filler is suitable for various box sizes. Due to the left and right-hand rotating and sliding feed belt, cubic crates can be filled quickly and continuously evenly.

  • Binpilers: Breston

    The Breston binpilers are extremely slim and available in different standard belt lengths up to 25 metres. The various belt lengths and belt widths can easily be combined and coupled with the telescopic conveyors.

  • Telescopic conveyor: Breston

    Breston telescopic conveyors are available in various standard measurements. The conveyor belts are characterised by a flat centre piece and guided side panels. The frequency-controlled drive and the straightforward height adjustment ensure that the Breston dual belts are excellently suitable for reading during the storing. The Breston telescopic conveyors can be mutually connected and are obviously suitable for coupling with the Breston bin piler.
